Audio: Chapter 10

We have introduced the third and final noun declension. This means that after this chapter we will not have to learn any new paradigms for nouns.

Please remember we will not meet next week (Memorial Day Weekend), but we will meet the following week on June 1, 2008. Come prepared to talk about Chapters 11 and 12. We will only be discussing new pronouns that follow the noun paradigms that we have already covered. Lastly, please let me know if you have any questions about previous material that we’ve covered too.

Audio: Review Week

Well, this past Sunday was very sparse in class attendance. But that was expected given mother’s day! Thankfully, those of us who made it were able to review our study of verbs along with several workbook and morphology exercises. Overall, I think that class was very helpful to those who attended and, for anyone who missed, if you will have your workbook open for chapters 18 and 21, you will be able to follow along with the numbers that we covered.

Next week we will be moving back into nouns and finishing them up for good! Please come prepared to discuss chapter 10 on the third declension nouns. Either way, we will have another fun class. See you all then!

Audio: Chapters 18 & 21

Sorry that I have not posted the audio until this week. With a new baby girl in the house I have not spent much time on the computer at home and simply haven’t put out the energy to post until now. This is the audio from class two weeks ago, May 4, 2008. We covered chapters 18 and 21.

This got us up through to the four main verb paradigms that will be the basis for all other verb forms that we are to learn down the road. Enjoy and please ask any questions about these chapters if you have them! 🙂
