Well, this week’s class went well and we were able to finish going through the passage in Romans 8, take a quiz on Chapter 16 verbs and review up through chapter 17. At the end of class we also briefly introduced chapter 18 material covering the Primary Middle/Passive endings and paradigm. Please come prepared to cover chapter 18 and chapter 21 during our next class meeting. I look forward to discussing some new material!

In occordance with our syllabus, we have taken track two in the Mounce book on New Testament Greek Grammar. That means that we have started learning about verbs! Today’s class reviewed chapter 16 and introduced chapter 17. Last weeks class introduced verbs and chapter 16, but we had an “uh oh” with the audio recorder and lost most of the class. Sorry!
Please plan on discussing chapter 18 next week (i.e. – read through it once). We will also be reviewing chapter 17 a little and taking a quiz on chapter 16. As usual, I would love to answer any questions you have during the week, so please post them in the comments or E-mail them to me.

It’s been a little while, but I’m glad to say that I finally got around to posting our latest class audio. Sorry for the 1 week delay. In this class we covered chapters 8 and 9 once more, took a quiz, and then spent most of our time discussing the passage of Scripture from the sermon today by Pastor David. I hope that this audio is helpful. At the very end we also introduced verbs, but that will be covered in much more detail in this week’s class. Here is the audio:
