Learning the Alphabet

Hello Class,

Alphabet Order Game

Alphabet Identification Game

I just wanted to post these two games to aid your practice of the alphabet as you continue to learn recognition and pronunciation of all the letters. (Thank Jan for passing these on to us!) Please use these games for your benefit and enjoyment. They are pretty fun, especially the second game that times your speed! 🙂

Alpha Class Audio: Part 2

For podcasting purposes, I’m breaking up the audio into separate posts so that the RSS feed is able to register each audio file in programs such as iTunes. Let me know if there are any problems.

Workbook Answer Key

BBG Workbook Answers

This is the link to a PDF of all the workbook answers for your Basics of Biblical Greek workbook. Please download this and reference it when you complete each of your workbook assignments. Let me know if you have any questions or if you feel that there is an error in the PDF. Unfortunately, there is so much information in these workbooks, the fellow who made the answer key might have missed something or gotten it wrong. So please, do not hesitate to ask a question if you feel that you have the right answer and that the answer key is wrong.

Biblical Greek Chapters 1-4

BBG Introduction and BBG Chapters 1-4

Here are the two PDF files I mentioned for those of you who do not yet have the textbook. Please download these and read through them this week. You will need this information to learn the alphabet rules and pronunciation, as well as the rules for syllabification.

As a general rule, please post a question or E-mail me with any questions you have regarding what you read or the homework you are assigned. I hope you enjoy getting into this as much as I will enjoy teaching you and helping you learn this ancient and awesome language!

May God be glorified and all that we do!
