Reliability of the New Testament

For any of you interested in learning more about the transmission of the New Testament Scriptures and their reliability throughout the centuries, I encourage everyone to take an hour out of their day and watch this video presentation by Dr. James White of Alpha and Omega Ministries.

It is very informative and very practical for those of you studying the New Testament in Greek, especially if you are using a UBS or NA27 that has manuscript footnotes and frequencies. Enjoy the video and let me know what you think if you have the chance.

Greek Fonts for Windows

Class, if you have downloaded any of the quizzes and handouts that contain Greek words, you may have encountered a problem with them displaying correctly. But this post should help fix all of that for you! 🙂

Below you will see a link to a zip file with the BibleWorks fonts for the Windows operating system. Please download that zip file, unzip the font files from it, and install them on your computer. You can find the font installation folder under the Windows “control panel”. The installation folder is called “fonts”. Please let me know if you have any questions or problems.

For future reference, if I display any Greek on this web site, you will need these fonts to display them correctly as well.
